Edgewater Office

115 River Rd is conveniently located at the North Bergen (Hudson County)-Edgewater (Bergen County) border adjacent to the new Edgewater Municipal Complex (formerly Lever Brothers site).  The building is a rehabilitated linseed oil factory and warehouse with its own pier.  It extends from River Road into the Hudson River.

Kevin Hanly, Esq. PC is located at Door #2 at the back of the complex just before the pier and about 100 feet from the river.

The Edgewater office is within 5 miles from Union City, West New York, Guttenberg and North Bergen in Hudson County, and Ft. Lee, Cliffside Park, Fairview and Ridgefield in Bergen County.

General Directions to Edgewater Office:

1. From Union City and West New York-  Boulevard East to 60^th St.  Turn east (toward river).  Proceed to end.  Left onto River Road.  Proceed north on River Road past Palisade General Hospital.  115 is on your right
2. North Bergen south of 70^th St.- Kennedy Blvd. to 60^th St.  Turn east (toward river).  Take 60^th St. to end.  Left onto River Rd.  Same as #1.
3. North Bergen above 70^th St. and Guttenberg-  Boulevard East to Bulls Ferry Road.  To end of Bulls Ferry.  Make a left onto River Rd.  ¼ mile on the right.
4. Fairview and Cliffside- Walker Ave. to Gorge Road.  Right onto Gorge Rd to end.  Right onto River Road (southbound).  Get into left lane.  At first light, left into new Municipal Complex.  Before entering complex, turn left on access road.  North on access road one building to 115 River Rd.
5. Ridgefield- Edgewater Rd. to Gorge Rd.  Same as #4.
6. Ft. Lee south of Rt. 5- Palisade Ave. south to Gorge Rd.  Same as #4.
7. Ft. Lee north of Rt 5-  Access road adjacent to George Washington Bridge.  Left turn onto River Road.  Proceed on River Road about 5 miles, past Cineplex in Edgewater.  Then, same as 4.
8. Paterson area-  Broadway to Rt 4 East.  Exit before GW bridge.  Same as #7.
9. Essex County-  Garden State Parkway to Exit 153 to 3 East.  Proceed to Pleasant Ave Exit (last exit before Lincoln Tunnel).  Proceed to bottom of hill.  At traffic light, left onto Boulevard East.  Same as 1.

Kevin Hanly, Esq., PC also has access to conference room facilities at 30 Industrial Avenue, Mahwah, 07430.  This facility is about 8 miles north of the Paramus shopping malls.

1. Bergen County- Rt 17 North to Franklin Turnpike North (Ramsey/Suffern).  Franklin Turnpike past Don Bosco Prep and Kinchley’s Restaurant (Horse on roof- kid you not) to next left turn which is Industrial Ave.  3^rd building on your left in the back of complex.
2. Passaic and Essex Counties- GSP North to Exit 163.  Same as #1.
3. Paterson area – Broadway to Rt. 4E to Rt. 17N.  Same as #1.
